Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders typically take between 3–5 business days to process and ship out after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number once available. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

Preorders

If you order a preorder item, please note that shipping times may vary. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page. 

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Please make sure your address includes zip code and apt number if applicable. ESTA is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender and the customer will be contacted to update their address.  Customer will be charged a shipping fee to reship a package that was returned. 

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

ESTA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can assist you.
